A thirty-two year old woman in the US who is accused of killing her 8yr old daughter could still be the beneficiary of her 2million dollar trust fund.
The 8yr old girl, Alayah Rose suffered from cerebral palsy and was entitled to 2million dollars arising from a lawsuit against the hospital where she was born for negligence in complications during her delivery.
Her mother is being charged with causing her death via negligence and lack of proper care for the child. She was found dead with a ruptured stomach in New York but the mother still stands to get the money as the case against her doesn't infer money as the motive for the death of the girl
