14 yr old who cant stop eating

14 yr old Hannah can't stop eating. She has a condition called wili parker syndrome which affects the part of her brain that controls hunger. Hence she's never filled up. Her mother has had to padlock the fridge and even hide the dog food to keep her from eating. She currently weighs 343 pounds
